Why can't I log in to my EasySend account?

  • Check the correctness of the e-mail address entered,
  • Check the correctness of the entered password (maybe caps lock is turned on?),
  • Try using a different web browser,
  • Use the "forgot your password?" option,
  • Contact customer service.
  • I don't remember my password to the customer panel, what should I do?

    To reset your password, click "forgot your password?" at the login window. Then enter the email address provided during registration and use the "reset password" button. An email will be sent to your email address with a link to change your password.

    When trying to log in, I receive the message "Your email address is not in our database", what should I do?

    First, check whether the e-mail address and password have been entered correctly. If you still receive the message, it means that your customer panel may not have been activated. In this case, please contact customer service. There is no need to register again, if you have already used our services, the consultant will activate your account.
